Travel fee
Free within 5 miles of Abbey Wood. A flat £15 per visit applies beyond 5 miles, across the rest of south London, Kent and Essex. Online consultations have no travel fee.

Is there a travel charge?
Visits within 5 miles of Abbey Wood are included in the session price. Beyond 5 miles there is a flat £15 travel fee per visit. I will confirm which applies when you send your postcode.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly without seeing your GP first.
Can I use my health insurance?
I do not currently bill insurers directly. Contact your insurer before booking to check whether you can claim the cost back.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. Many people need between two and five sessions alongside their home programme. I will give you an estimate at your first appointment.
